Flame Retardant Conveyor Belt
Flame retardant conveyor belts are primarily needed for internal transportation within buildings and also in tunnel and mines where safety is of paramount importance, in environments where coal dust, gas, fertilizer or other combustible materials are involved, it is essential that the conveyor belt being used cannot created static electricity that can ignite gases and dust in the atmosphere.
This type belt is designed mainly:
- To prevent the propagation of an accidental fire.
- To guard against risks of explosion due to the accumulation of static electricity.
